Before the wedding

As coordinators, we offer support and recommendations along your planning journey, but the magic really starts about 4-8 weeks before the big day. We meet and discuss everything you've planned so far - your vendors, your layout, and so much more - as well as helping you think through some details you may still have left to decide. We then take alllll that good information and organize it into what we will need to execute your day as seamlessly as possible.

Rehearsal

During your consultation, we'll get the scoop on who walks with who and where they're going to stand. Then, we'll bring some music and direct the rehearsal so everyone feels comfortable and ready to go down the aisle!

Wedding Day

First and foremost, we are the girl in your corner. Whether keeping the wedding party on time, answering vendor questions, managing unforeseen issues, we are there and on it so you and yours can stay in the moment and have the best time!
